wasn't using nvida expeiriance and that pick is not availible in my windows defender app because my anti-virus advast took over.

Get in videoconfig.txt and change this settings:

For Textures:
setting.stream_memory "x"
alter x with one of those:
0 - None
160000 - Very Depression
300000 - Low
600000- Medium
1000000 - High
2000000 - Very High
3000000 - Ultra

For Bullet Impacts:

setting.r_decals "x"
alter ten with one of those:
0 - None
256 - Low
256 + setting.r_createmodeldecals "1" - High

Go in videoconfig.txt and modify this settings:

For Textures:

I forgot I copied someone's settings a while dorsum it. It was the +exec autoexec.cfg I had in launch options. Thanks though

You where right. I forgot that a while dorsum I had copied settings from a youtube video. I removed +exec autoexec.cfg from the launch options and that fixed it.
